By accessing or using massagehub.uk ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at massagehub.uk/terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using MassageHub, you confirm that: • You are aged 18 or over. • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. • You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where adult content and services of this nature are lawful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who provide false age information.

To post a listing you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

Massage Hub UK is a professional massage therapy directory only. This platform does not facilitate, endorse or have any knowledge of sexual services, escort services or any activity of a sexual nature between users. By posting a listing, you confirm that you are advertising legitimate massage therapy services only. Registered users ("Advertisers") may post listings on Massage Hub UK subject to the following rules: Permitted content: legal professional massage services in the UK, including relaxing, Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, sports, tantric wellness, sensual and similar bodywork services provided by consenting adults aged 18 or over. Prohibited content — you must not post listings that: • Advertise escort services, sexual services or any arrangement where sexual activity is exchanged for payment. • Use language implying sexual services, including but not limited to: "full service", "happy ending", "GFE" (girlfriend experience), "extras", or any equivalent terms. • Involve or imply any form of prostitution, which is a criminal offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and the Policing and Crime Act 2009. • Feature or involve anyone under the age of 18. • Include explicit, pornographic or sexually graphic photographs. • Contain false, misleading or fraudulent information. • Violate any UK law including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. • Include contact information for third parties without their consent. • Promote violence, discrimination or exploitation of any kind. Listings in violation of these rules will be removed immediately and the account permanently banned. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and may report illegal content or activity to the relevant authorities.

All new listings are subject to manual review before going live. We reserve the right to: • Approve or reject any listing at our sole discretion. • Request changes to a listing before approval. • Remove any listing that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at any time without notice. • Permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. We aim to review listings within 2–4 hours. Moderation decisions are final, but you may appeal by contacting hello@massagehub.uk.

By uploading photos or other media to MassageHub, you confirm that: • You are the copyright owner or have the right to use the content. • The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. • No person depicted in the content is under 18 years of age. • You grant MassageHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the content on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your photos. You may delete them at any time from your dashboard.

Clients (users who browse and contact advertisers) agree to: • Use contact information obtained from the Site solely for legitimate enquiries. • Not harvest, scrape or systematically collect data from the Site. • Not use the Site to harass, threaten or abuse any advertiser. • Not attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures. We are not a party to any transaction or arrangement between clients and advertisers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the services offered.

Certain features (VIP placement, boost, featured slots) may require payment. All fees are clearly stated before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refund policy: paid promotions are non-refundable once the promotional period has started, except where required by consumer protection law. If your listing is rejected after you have paid for a promotion, you will receive a full refund.

MassageHub is a directory and advertising platform only. We: • Do not employ, endorse, or vet the therapists listed on the Site beyond the moderation process described above. • Do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or legality of any listing content. • Are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any listing. • Do not facilitate bookings or payments between clients and advertisers. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, MassageHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

All content on MassageHub that is not user-generated (including the logo, design, text, code and graphics) is owned by MassageHub and protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. On termination, your listings will be removed and you will lose access to your account data. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Account deletion is processed within 7 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
