massagehub.uk (the "Site") is operated by Hubline Digital Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17418738, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("MassageHub", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including creating an account, publishing or viewing listings, leaving reviews and purchasing paid listing services. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (massagehub.uk/privacy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on the Site or emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or to address a safety or legal risk. The current version, its version number and the date of the last update are always shown at massagehub.uk/terms. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

"Advertiser" (or "provider") means a registered user who publishes a Listing offering massage services. "Client" means any person who browses the Site or contacts an Advertiser. "Listing" means an Advertiser's public profile page and its content (text, photos, services, prices, contact details). "Paid Services" means any paid feature on the Site, including the base listing fee, VIP placement and promotional boosts. "Content" means anything you upload, post or submit to the Site, including Listings, photos, reviews and messages. "Applicable Law" means the laws of England and Wales and any other law that applies to you or to us in connection with the Site.

The Site contains adult-oriented content and is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Site in any way. By using the Site you confirm that: • You are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. • You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where viewing adult-oriented content and using services of this nature is lawful, and you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws. • If you act on behalf of a business (for example a studio or agency), you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. We may require evidence of age or identity at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts where we cannot confirm eligibility or where false information has been provided.

MassageHub is an online directory and advertising platform. We host Listings created by independent Advertisers and enable Clients to contact them directly. We are not an agency, employer, booking service, escrow or payment intermediary. In particular: • We are not a party to any arrangement, communication or transaction between a Client and an Advertiser, and we do not receive any part of any fee paid by a Client to an Advertiser. • Advertisers are independent and are solely responsible for their own services, conduct, pricing, availability, tax affairs, insurance and compliance with Applicable Law. • We do not employ, train, licence, endorse or recommend any Advertiser. Appearance on the Site, ranking position, VIP placement or a Verified badge is not an endorsement. • The "Verified" badge means only that a moderator has matched a private photograph to the photographs on the Listing. It is not an identity, age, qualification or criminal-record check. What the badge does and does not confirm is set out at massagehub.uk/verification. You use the Site and rely on any Listing at your own risk and judgement. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, health, legal or safety advice.

To publish a Listing or leave a signed review you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. • Keep your credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else. • Be responsible for all activity under your account and notify us at hello@massagehub.uk without delay if you suspect unauthorised use. You may hold one account only. You may not create accounts on behalf of another person without their written consent, transfer or sell an account, or use temporary or disposable email addresses. We may refuse registration, or suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, evasion of a previous ban or any breach of these Terms.

MassageHub lists massage and bodywork services only. By publishing a Listing you warrant that you are advertising lawful massage services provided by consenting adults aged 18 or over, and that everything in the Listing is true, accurate and not misleading. Permitted content: lawful professional massage and bodywork services in the United Kingdom — including relaxing, Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, sports, aromatherapy, tantric, sensual, body-to-body, nuru and similar styles — together with truthful descriptions, real photographs of the Advertiser or their premises, services, prices, working area and contact details. Prohibited content. You must not publish, or link to, anything that: • Offers, implies or solicits sexual services or any arrangement in which sexual activity is exchanged for payment, including through coded language (for example "full service", "happy ending", "extras", "GFE", "PSE" or any equivalent), emoji or images. • Would constitute, facilitate or advertise an offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (including sections 52 and 53), the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (including section 14), the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Protection of Children Act 1978 or any other Applicable Law. • Depicts, involves, refers to or is aimed at anyone under 18, or presents any person as under 18. • Contains pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually graphic imagery or text, or images that are not of the Advertiser (or their premises) unless expressly labelled as such. • Is false, misleading or fraudulent — including fake photographs, invented qualifications, prices that are not honoured, or claims to be "verified", "licensed" or "certified" that you cannot substantiate. • Includes personal data or contact details of any third party without that person's consent, or advertises on behalf of a person who has not personally consented to being listed. • Is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, threatening or otherwise unlawful, or infringes any intellectual property, privacy or publicity right. • Involves any form of coercion, control, trafficking or exploitation, or is posted by anyone other than the person providing the service (or a studio or agency acting with the service provider's informed consent). • Contains malware, spam, hidden text, keyword stuffing or content designed to manipulate search engines or the Site. Advertisers must comply with Applicable Law in the operation of their business, including any local licensing, health and safety, tax and consumer-protection requirements. Where a Listing is published by a studio or agency, that business is responsible for each person it lists.

Every new Listing is reviewed by a member of our moderation team before it becomes publicly visible. Edits to a published Listing appear immediately and are reviewed after publication. Listings that were previously rejected are re-reviewed before they go live again. We may, at our sole discretion and without liability to you: • Approve, decline, edit for compliance, hide or remove any Listing, photo, review or other Content, at any time and with or without notice. • Ask for changes, additional information or evidence before or after approval. • Suspend or permanently close accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to evade moderation or present a risk to users. • Preserve Content, account records and access logs, and disclose them to law enforcement, regulators or courts where we are legally required to do so or where we reasonably consider it necessary to prevent or investigate unlawful activity or to protect any person. We aim to review new Listings within a few hours during business hours but do not guarantee any turnaround time. Moderation decisions may be appealed once, in writing, to hello@massagehub.uk; our decision on appeal is final. Reporting. Anyone can report a Listing, review or other Content using the "Report" function on the relevant page or by emailing hello@massagehub.uk. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and to act on reports of illegal content as a priority. We do not tolerate abuse of the reporting system. We operate these procedures in line with our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 and other Applicable Law, and we cooperate with UK law enforcement.

You retain ownership of the Content you upload. By publishing Content on the Site you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, adapt for display, publish, distribute and promote that Content on the Site and in connection with the Site — including in search-engine results, social-media previews, feeds and other channels through which the Site is distributed — for as long as the Content remains on the Site and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow caches and search engines to update. You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions in your Content, that no person depicted is under 18, that every person depicted has consented to appearing in the Listing, and that your Content does not infringe any third party's rights. You may delete your photos and other Content from your dashboard at any time. We may retain copies where required by law, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or in routine backups for a limited period.

Clients may leave a star rating and a written review on a Listing. Reviews must be honest, based on the reviewer's own experience of a massage service, and free of defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content. Reviews must not describe or allege unlawful activity, include personal data of third parties, or be posted in exchange for payment or other incentives. All reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline, edit for compliance or remove any review at any time. An Advertiser may choose to hide reviews on their own Listing; where reviews are hidden this is indicated on the Listing. If you believe a review about you is defamatory or otherwise unlawful, contact hello@massagehub.uk with the Listing URL, the review text and the reasons for your complaint. We handle such complaints in accordance with section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013 and the Defamation (Operators of Websites) Regulations 2013.

If you browse the Site or contact Advertisers you agree that you will: • Use contact details obtained from the Site only to make genuine enquiries about the massage services advertised. • Treat Advertisers with respect and not harass, threaten, abuse, stalk or discriminate against anyone. • Not request, solicit or attempt to negotiate sexual services or any unlawful activity. • Not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, index or systematically collect Listings, photographs, phone numbers or other data from the Site, whether manually or by automated means, other than through search engines complying with our robots directives. • Not attempt to bypass any security, rate-limiting, phone-reveal or access-control measure, or interfere with the operation of the Site. We may block, rate-limit or ban any user or IP address that breaches this section.

Some features of the Site are Paid Services. Current prices are shown at massagehub.uk/prices and at the point of purchase; all prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change our prices at any time; changes do not affect Paid Services already purchased. Business use. Paid Services are supplied to Advertisers for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. Advertisers are therefore businesses (including sole traders) and not consumers for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If, exceptionally, you purchase a Paid Service as a consumer, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel once supply has begun. Supply. A Paid Service is supplied when the relevant feature is activated on your Listing (for example when the paid period starts or VIP placement is switched on), whether or not your Listing is subsequently viewed, contacted or booked. We do not guarantee any number of views, enquiries, bookings, ranking position or commercial outcome. Refunds. The only circumstance in which a refund is available is where a Paid Service you have paid for was not provided — that is, the paid feature was never activated on your Listing because of a failure on our side. In that case we will refund the amount paid for the unprovided service. No refund, credit or extension is available in any other case, including where: • your Listing is suspended, hidden or removed, or your account is closed, because of a breach of these Terms; • you pause, delete or stop using your Listing during a paid period; • you change your mind, are dissatisfied with results, or receive fewer enquiries than expected; • your Listing is edited by you in a way that makes it non-compliant and it is taken down. Refund requests must be sent to hello@massagehub.uk within 30 days of the payment, with the payment reference. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be excluded or restricted by law. Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers named at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details. You must be authorised to use the payment method. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a Paid Service that has been provided is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account until the matter is resolved. Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may be withdrawn or limited at our discretion.

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that defects will be corrected. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or any part of the Site — including features, layout, ranking logic, search behaviour and the way Listings are displayed — for business, technical, legal or safety reasons, with or without notice. Where a change materially reduces a Paid Service you have already purchased, your remedy is set out in section 11.

The Site and all content that is not user-generated — including the MassageHub name and logo, design, text, code, databases, graphics and the compilation of Listings — are owned by or licensed to Hubline Digital Media Ltd and are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, database right and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, download, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Listings may contain links to an Advertiser's own website or social-media pages, and the Site may link to other third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security or availability of third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The Site and all Listings are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, quality, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. In particular we do not warrant or represent that: • any Listing, photograph, price, availability, qualification or other statement made by an Advertiser is accurate, current or lawful; • any Advertiser is who they claim to be, holds any qualification or insurance, or will provide any service, or that any Client will behave lawfully; • any counts, prices or statistics shown on the Site (which are generated from live Listings and refreshed periodically) are complete or error-free; • the Site will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Site, or for any arrangement made between a Client and an Advertiser.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other Applicable Law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: • We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise, for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, even if foreseeable. • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any Content published by users, from any arrangement between a Client and an Advertiser, from your reliance on any Listing, or from events outside our reasonable control (including failures of hosting, payment or telecommunications providers). • Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for Paid Services in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £100. If you use the Site as a consumer, we are responsible only for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill; we are not liable for business losses.

If you are an Advertiser or a business user, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubline Digital Media Ltd, its directors, employees and contractors against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your Content; your Listing and the services you advertise or provide; your breach of these Terms or of Applicable Law; or any claim by a third party (including a Client, a person depicted in your photographs or a regulator) relating to your use of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a regulator, if your account is inactive for more than 24 months, or if we reasonably consider it necessary to protect users, the Site or ourselves. On termination for breach your Listings are removed, any Paid Service ends without refund (section 11) and you may not create a new account. Deletion at your request. You may ask us to permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time: • Send the request to hello@massagehub.uk from the email address registered to your account, or otherwise clearly identify that address. We act only on requests we can match to an existing account and may ask for further information to confirm your identity; the period below then runs from the date identity is confirmed. • We will delete the account within 7 days of receiving a valid, verifiable request. Deletion is permanent. Listings, photographs and account data are removed and cannot be recovered. We may retain limited information after deletion where the law requires it, where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or in routine backups for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy. A public listing URL may continue to return a short "no longer listed" page so that visitors and search engines are informed the listing has gone; that page contains no personal data.

To report illegal content, a listing that breaches these Terms, an intellectual-property infringement or a defamatory statement, use the "Report" button on the page concerned or email hello@massagehub.uk with: the URL; a description of the Content and why it is unlawful or in breach; for intellectual-property complaints, evidence of your rights; and your name and contact details. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on reports of illegal content as a priority. Knowingly false or malicious reports are a breach of these Terms. Complaints about our service can be sent to the same address. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider; we are not, however, obliged to participate in any ADR scheme.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any prices or terms displayed at the point of purchase form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site and supersede any prior arrangements. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver. A failure or delay by us in enforcing any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor or affiliate, provided your rights are not reduced. Third parties. Except for the persons indemnified under section 17, no one other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms. Events outside our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address registered to your account or by posting on the Site. You may give us notice at hello@massagehub.uk.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.
