Yes, browsing profiles, reading reviews and contacting therapists is completely free for clients. You never need to register to view listings.

Use the search bar on the homepage or the Search page. You can filter by city, category (Female / Male), provider type (independent or spa & agency), and services. Click any listing to view the full profile and contact details.

Profiles with a blue "Verified" badge have passed our photo verification: the therapist sent our moderation team a private photo, and a moderator confirmed it matches the pictures on the profile. It is a photo check, not an ID or qualifications check — see our verification page (massagehub.uk/verification) for exactly what the badge does and does not confirm. Every listing is moderated by our team, and we remove profiles that break our rules.

Open the profile page and click the "Reveal number" button. The number will be displayed and copied to your clipboard automatically.

Yes. After visiting a therapist, you can leave a star rating and a written review on their profile page. Reviews are moderated before being published.

MassageHub lists adult massage services for consenting adults aged 18 and over. We comply with UK law and our Terms of Service prohibit illegal content. All users confirm they are 18+ when registering.

Click "Post An Ad" in the header, create an account, and complete the 4-step form: Basic Info → About & Services → Pricing → Photos. Your listing is reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live — usually within a few hours during business hours — and you get an email either way.

A listing is £49.99 / 30 days for women in London and £24.99 / 30 days for everyone else. VIP is an optional 5 / 10 / 30-day boost from £14.99. See the Prices page for the full breakdown.

Most listings are reviewed within 2–4 hours during business hours. You will receive an email notification once your listing is approved or if changes are required.

Yes. Go to your Dashboard, find the listing and click Edit. Changes to a live listing appear straight away; our team reviews edits after publication and may ask you to adjust anything that breaks our rules. A listing that was rejected goes back into review when you resubmit it.

You can upload up to 8 photos per listing. We recommend portrait-format (3:4 ratio) images for the best display on cards and profile pages.

You can list any legal adult massage services including relaxing, Swedish, Thai, tantric, sensual and more. Illegal services or content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.

We store your data securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU) with row-level security. Your phone number is never shown in listings by default — clients must click "Reveal" to see it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. In your Dashboard you can pause any active listing. It will be hidden from search results and your profile page until you re-activate it.
