Questions
Why is London more expensive?
Female listings in London get far more search traffic than the rest of the UK. The higher rate keeps the homepage and city pages useful instead of flooded, and funds moderation for that demand.
Is VIP a separate monthly plan?
No. VIP is a day-pack add-on (5, 10 or 30 days) on top of an active listing period. It pins you to the top of the homepage, search and city pages. You cannot buy VIP without an active base period.
What happens if I do not pay?
During the free period nothing changes. After that: a brand-new unpaid listing stays hidden; older or expired listings stay in search but phone and WhatsApp are hidden until you renew.
Can I change city after paying?
Yes, to the same or a cheaper zone. Moving a paid listing into the more expensive London-female zone is blocked until you pay the higher rate or an admin overrides it.
Do you refund if a listing is rejected?
A reject or delete never refunds automatically. If we take a listing down after a payment, refunds are a separate admin decision. See the Terms for consumer-law exceptions.
When do card payments open?
Listings are free until 31 August 2026. Online checkout is being connected now — you can already see your zone price in the dashboard. Promo codes and admin grants already add days through the same billing system.
